Registry retention (keep-last-3, every 10min) pruned the SHA-tagged images that several nxtgauge-gitops image-automation commits had already bumped deployments to, before those images were ever successfully pulled by the cluster. Result: 14 services stuck in ImagePullBackOff on 'manifest unknown' (catering-services, companies, cron, developers, employees, fitness-trainers, gateway, graphic-designers, job-seekers, jobs, makeup-artists, social-media-managers, tutors, ugc-content-creators) - old replicas kept serving traffic so nothing was actually down, but rollouts were stuck. This empty commit forces build.yaml to rebuild+push every service in one batch so gitops automation bumps them all to freshly-pushed, currently-retained digests together. |

Migration Policy
- Keep contracts stable (REST + proto semantics).
