Tracewebstudio Dev 8542c72e31 fix: update SMTP to ZeptoMail (smtp.zeptomail.in) 
- SMTP_HOST: mail.nxtgauge.com → smtp.zeptomail.in
- SMTP_USER: noreply@nxtgauge.com → emailapikey
- SMTP_PASS: Updated to ZeptoMail API key
- SMTP_FROM_EMAIL: noreply@nxtgauge.com → support@nxtgauge.com
- Removed SMTP_REQUIRE_TLS (not used)
