nxtgauge-frontend-solid now serves the coming-soon page itself (src/middleware.ts redirects '/' to '/coming-soon' for these two hosts specifically - see that repo's commit). Same deployment/service/gateway split as test111.nxtgauge.com, just two more Ingress host rules. Removes apps/nxtgauge-coming-soon/ (standalone nginx + ConfigMap deployment) and the now-unused coming-soon/ static source directory - both fully superseded.
