fix(ci): switch from GHCR to Forgejo registry 
- Update workflow to push to ci.nxtgauge.com/ashwin/nxtgauge-frontend-solid
- Use FORGEJO_USERNAME and FORGEJO_TOKEN secrets
- Fix gitops repo cloning to use x-access-token
