feat: Implement light theme for NXTGAUGE

Browse source 
- Change background from dark #07051a to light #F4F2EC
- Update dashboard background to white #ffffff
- Update text color to #0F1729 (dark navy)
- Add light theme CSS variables
- Keep brand orange #fd6116
