fix(coming-soon): bump near-invisible text opacity

Browse source 
.cs-form-note ('No spam...') and .cs-footer-copy ('© 2026...') were
at 20-22% white opacity against the navy background - reported as
not visible. Bumped to 50-55%, still visually secondary/muted but
actually legible now.
