Ashwin Kumar 4ca69877d4 fix(admin): remove employees.tsx layout wrapper — breaks nested routing 
Deleting employees.tsx allows employees/index.tsx to serve /admin/employees
directly (same pattern as roles/), fixing the blank page regression.

NXTGAUGE Admin Solid

SolidStart migration target for nxtgauge-nov-2025-frontend (admin panel).

Principle

Port admin modules one by one with strict API/permission parity.
